Our Shipping and Handling Policy
Wall Dressed Up orders are normally sent via US Priority Mail. We make every attempt to ship your order within 1-5 business days after your order is processed. You will be notified by e-mail when your order has shipped and/or if there is any backorder or delay.
Our Return Policy
Wall Dressed Up stands 100% behind the quality of our product. In the unusual and unlikely event that any of the designs or individual transfers is delivered to you damaged or defective, or your order is incorrect, please return all the components within a period of 30 days from receiving your order. Customer service at Wall Dressed Up will be more than happy to exchange damaged or defective transfers or offer a prompt refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Due to the nature of the product we cannot offer this return policy once a transfer has been applied to a surface. Application instructions are provided with every order and on our site.
Returns
If you would like to make a return, simply return ship the order within 30 days of purchase undamaged and in original packaging and we will refund your credit card for the amount of your purchase. We cannot accept returned transfer if they have been cut or been applied to a surface. If you need a replacement due to any error on our part, it will be shipped immediately upon receipt of return, with all return shipping reimbursed.
Wall Dressed up will refund return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error on our part (i.e. incorrect product received or damaged or defective product). There are no replacement shipping charges for the customer.
For returned product for reasons other than an error on our part, you will be refunded 100% of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.
To expedite the issuing of credit for your return, we ask that you please return a copy of your original packing slip with a note for the reason for the return. If you do not have a copy of your original packing slip, please include a note with your reason for return and contact information.
Please allow 30-45 days from your shipping date to us to see credit to your account. You will usually see the credit before 30-45 days and we will attempt to be prompt, but billing cycles can affect refund timing.

Our Cancellation Policy
To provide the best service to our customers, Wall Dressed Up order processing normally begins the business day after we receive your order and we make every attempt to ship within 1-5 business days. Therefore, to insure a cancellation is possible, please contact our customer service department at
customerservice@walldressedup.com as soon as possible after your order has been placed. If your order has been shipped, you will be able to return the order and you will be refunded the full purchase price, less shipping and handling as per our return policy.
